Collaboration is a concept in keeping with this era of rapid social transformation and the associated challenges facing today’s organizations, including information overload, communication complexity, diversity, and merging organizational cultures.

Anderson facilitates a process whose success rests in

  • Accessing, appreciating, utilizing and enhancing the strengths, creativities, and potentials of an organization and its members
  • Being the architect of your success: designing and implementing customized solutions
  • Giving clients a sense of ownership
  • Providing durable outcomes

Once introduced to a collaborative approach to addressing issues, individuals and organizations discover that it becomes a valuable tool for future use. (see
